With the Active Directory Consulting and Repair Service we will help you diagnose and fix problems with your Microsoft® Active Directory® database.
The consulting and repair service includes:
- Diagnosis and repair of Domain Controller (DC) replication problems
- Diagnosis and repair of network connectivity problems
- Diagnosis and repair of DNS configuration issues
- Diagnosis and repair of Group Policy
- Manual repair of AD with ntdsutil
- Inspection of your AD configuration with recommendations for best practices
The developer of U-Move, Alan Klietz🔗, will personally work with you to resolve your AD issue, applying his over 20 years of experience in diagnosing and repairing problems with Active Directory databases.
You may be asked to send us a snapshot of your AD database using U-Move. We will then give you an in-depth analysis of your AD issue with step-by-step instructions on how to fix it. If we cannot fix your issue there is no charge.
The service includes a free complimentary U-Move Domain license with one year of technical support.
